June Beatrice Johnson

June Beatrice Johnson , of 1662 N. 350 W., Warsaw, Indiana passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, December 25, 2009 in her home at the age of 77.

She was born on June 18, 1932 in Warsaw, Indiana to the late Milton Wilbur Warner and Wilma Blanche (Blodgett) Warner Heltzer.  On June 18, 1950 she was married to James W. Johnson, who preceded her in death in August 2000.

June was a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana since 1963, moving from South Bend, Indiana.  She worked for many years as the Registrar for Kosciusko County Health Department, Warsaw, Indiana.  She was also a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Warsaw, the American Legion Post #49 Auxiliary of Warsaw, Alpha Beta Sigma Pi Sorority, and a former Brownie Troop Leader.

She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter:  Elizabeth Anette Marker (Ypsilanti, Michigan); four sons:  William Lee (wife Esther) Johnson (Warsaw, Indiana); Michael Terry (wife Sheryl) Johnson (Warsaw, Indiana); Alan Gale (wife Debra) Johnson (Warsaw, Indiana); Will Casey Johnson (Alabama); eleven grandchildren; and thirty-two great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a step-brother and step-sister.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.  Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.
