Loretta L. Thomas

Loretta L. Thomas of Warsaw, Indiana passed away surrounded by family at 10:05 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center of Warsaw at the age of 79.

She was born on June 21, 1938 in Tidioute, Pennsylvania to Leona (Toner) and Philip Hunt.  On January 5, 1965 she was married to Jimmie B. Thomas, who survives. 

Loretta lived in California for 29 years, and moved back to Kosciusko County in 1992.    She worked as a nurses aid at Miller’s Merry Manor in Warsaw, and was a manager for Dollar General Store for nine years in Warsaw.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 52 years, Jimmie B. Hunt (Warsaw, Indiana); brother:  Richard Hunt (Warren, Pennsylvania); and her sister:  Phyllis (husband Eric) Haeseler (Atlantic City Beach, Florida).  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother James Hunt, and her grandson Brian Keys.

Services will be held at a later date, arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
