Mary Katherine Whitling

Mary Katherine Whitling of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 5:51 a.m. on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Warsaw Meadows Care Center of Warsaw at the age of 87.

She was born on November 8, 1930 in Clarion County, Pennsylvania to Arthur W. Edinger and Ruth Whitling.  Her mother passed away a little over a year after her birth and she was raised by her grandfather, George Henry Whitling.  He passed away in 1951.

Mary had worked at Creighton Brothers in Warsaw for 16 years and throughout her life she met and made friends with many people.  She will be missed by those who were fortunate enough to have known her. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her mother, and her sister, Helen Lucille Whitling.            

Her funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana and officiated by Chaplain Bob Jarboe.  She will be buried with her family at St. Petersburg Cemetery, St. Petersburg, Pennsylvania.
