Robert “Bob” Bezenah of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 3:35 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw at the age of 90.
He was a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for the past 10 years. Bob was a 1946 graduate of Beecher High School in Flint, Michigan and a past member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Flushing, Michigan. He worked for Ennis Manufacturing in Clio, Michigan and ReMan in Detroit…both companies rebuilt automotive water pumps. He was very proud of being a volunteer fireman in the Flint, Michigan area for 38 years. He will be dearly missed by his family.
He was born on August 14, 1928 in Flint, Michigan to James Henry Bezenah and Elizabeth Pearl (Lincoln) Bezenah. On November 5, 1949 he was married to Marcelyn Sue (Ennis) Bezenah, who passed away on August 30, 2016.
He will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters: Cheri (husband Earl) Kline (Warsaw, Indiana); Michele Bezenah Hagaman (Waterford, Michigan); and one son: Brian (wife Denise) Bezenah (Pinckney, Michigan). Also surviving are four grandchildren: Duane (wife Rickell) Kline (Claypool, Indiana); Darren Kline (Warsaw, Indiana); William Bezenah (Waterford, Michigan); Andrew (wife Jessica) Bezenah (Clinton, Michigan); four great grandchildren: Kara, Kendra, Kaleb, and Easton; and his sister: Betsy Ann Davis (Florida). He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two sisters and one brother.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
