Anna Marie Webb

Anna Marie Webb of Warsaw, Indiana went home to be with her Lord & Savior at 9:34 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Parkview Whitley Hospital in Columbia City, Indiana at the age of 93.

She was born on September 27, 1929 in Berne, Indiana to Amanda (Graber) Steury and Noah R. Steury.  On September 10, 1949, at the young age of 19, she married James Calvin Webb.  They were blessed with five children during their 48 years of marriage together.  After a lifetime of sharing everything in their lives, James passed away on July 27, 1998. 

Anna Marie worked as a bookkeeper for Decatur Industries, Weatherhead in Syracuse, Chore Time in Milford, Warsaw Chemical and then as the e-learning coordinator for Ivy Tech in Warsaw.  She enjoyed worshiping her Lord and enjoyed the fellowship of her church family when she attended Warsaw Community Church.  Anna Marie was a proud and loving matriarch of close to 100 family members.  She never missed a birthday or an anniversary of someone in her family.  She was a devout Christian lady that prayed for her family daily.  Anna Marie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who dearly loved her family and will be missed by those who loved her. 

She leaves behind two sons, Mark Webb (Colorado); Michael (Senam) Webb (Warsaw, IN); three daughters, Karen (Larry) Noll (Ashley, IN); Sharon (Mark) Meerzo (North Webster, IN) ; and Becky (Rory) Kiphart (Warsaw, IN).  Also surviving are twenty-one grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren and two on the way, six great-great-grandchildren; and her 97 year old brother, Norman Steury (Decatur, IN).  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Vera Jones and her granddaughter, Amanda Lee Meerzo.

Anna Marie’s life will be celebrated with a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.  Those planning on attending please meet at the funeral home by 1:40 p.m. to leave in procession to the cemetery.  Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
