Beatrice Mae Teel

Beatrice Mae Teel of Noblesville, Indiana and formerly of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020 at Harbour Manor Assisted Living Facility in Noblesville at the age of 90.

She was born on May 6, 1929 in Muncie, Indiana to Ruby (Dunkin) Dorell and William H. Dorell.  On July 6, 1954 she was married to Wilford Franklin Teel.  They shared 52 years of marriage together before he passed away on December 9, 2006. 

Beatrice had lived most of her life in Kosciusko County, Indiana and the past four years in Noblesville.  She had worked at Chamberlain’s in Akron, Indiana for many years as well as Cardinal Center in Warsaw.  She was a loving and kind-hearted person and spent her time taking care of her daughter, Kay. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister...and will be dearly missed and forever loved.  

She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters:  Toni Hopper (Warsaw, Indiana); Vicki Taylor (Noblesville); and her son:  Bruce (Lorene) Teel (Warsaw).  She also leaves behind six grandchildren:  Mason (Kirsten) Teel (Warsaw); Caylie Teel (Ausitn Adams) (Mishawaka); Nathan (Lily) Taylor (Los Angeles, California); Breanne (Jeremy) Hawk (Noblesville); Cammi Higginbotham (Warsaw); Wendy Leiter (North Manchester); eight great-grandchildren; and her brother:  Alfred (Diane) Dorell (Warsaw).  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughter, Kay Norrine Teel, who passed away on April 27, 2013, two sisters, and one brother.

A private family graveside service will be conducted at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw, Indiana and officiated by Austin Adams.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.    

Memorial donations in Beatrice’s name may be directed to Fellowship Missions, 1520 Winona Avenue, Warsaw, Indiana  46580 and would be appreciated by her family.
