She was born on September 27, 1933 in Syracuse, Indiana to Laura (Hamilton) Sink and Millard Sink. In 1956 she was married in McCordsville, Indiana to Willis Gene Brown who was affectionately known by all as Gene. They shared 58 years of marriage together before he passed away on November 7, 2014.

She resided in West Lafayette and Valparaiso, Indiana, Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Park Forest, Illinois and she was a resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida. Beverly was great with her hands and had an eye for detail. She was a very talented lady…an amazing quilter, knitter and sewer. More than anything she dearly loved her family, she was a loving wife and mother and will be dearly missed.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son: Scott (wife Angela) Brown (Okemos, Michigan); two brothers: Paul Sink (San Francisco, California); Jerry Sink (Ohio); and she always enjoyed her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter Lisa who passed away on April 8, 2008.
