Donna Sue Ault of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 3:10 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, Indiana at the age of 83.

She was born on March 21, 1937 in Crocker, Missouri to Aretta (Joiner) Tryan and Frank Tryan.  On January 23, 1960 at the young age of 22 she was married to Harley F. Ault, Sr.  They shared 30 years of marriage and raised four children together before he passed away.  Donna dearly loved her husband and was extremely faithful to the love of her life.  She cared for him throughout their lives together in sickness and in health until he lost his battle with lung cancer on April 25, 1990…she was always by his side.

Donna moved to the Kosciusko County, Indiana in 1970 and was a member of Pathway Church in Warsaw.  She was a proud mother and homemaker with a huge heart that always had an unlimited supply of love to give.  Once grandchildren entered her life…well that was just the best thing ever!  She relished her role as Grandma, the best babysitter you could ask for, she never tired of watching her grandchildren.  She was a generous woman with her time who loved her children and grandchildren and would do anything for them.  Always smiling and cheering them on when they played sports at the CCAC, basically anything her grandkids wanted to do she was there.  Donna loved her Gameshow Network, word searches, she loved to play Connect-4 and going to the races.  She was never afraid to try new things and at the age of 83 she learned to mig and arc weld.  Most of all she loved her family, it didn’t matter what anyone was doing in particular, just that she made it a priority to be there with them.  So many memories were made simply by her being present because she loved them so much.  Donna will be forever loved and dearly missed by all.

She is survived by her three daughters:  Marci (Tom) Sweeny (Warsaw, Indiana); Angie (Bill) Garver (Warsaw, Indiana); Cindy Watkins (Roann, Indiana); son:  Harley “Bud” (Kristi) Ault (Warsaw, Indiana); eight grandchildren:  Eli Sweeny; Malachi (Adrianne) Sweeny; Brittany (Heath) Simons; Josh (Brittany) Prater; Matraca (Andrew) Thrasher; Derek, Daken and Dawson Ault; grandson-in-law:  Vince DiVaccaro (Winona Lake, Indiana); and eight great-grandchildren.  She also leaves behind her brother:  Bill (Clara) Tryan (Springfield, Missouri); and her sister:  Mary (Tom) Huffington (Chaffee, Missouri).  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and granddaughter, Mirissa Michelle DiVaccaro who died July 25, 2020.
