Margaret Kennedy Obituary

Margaret Susan Kennedy of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 7:10 a.m. on Friday, January 10, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw at the age of 72.

She was born on April 26, 1947 in Mappen, Germany while her father was stationed there during his tour in the military.   She dearly loved her father, Francis Joseph Sinclare Magee.  On April 27, 1974 she was married to Glenn Ray Kennedy.  They shared 42 years of marriage together before he passed away on August 16, 2016. 

Margaret worked for the majority of her life as a secretary.  She worked at Biomet in Warsaw for 15 years as a secretary and for a number of years as a pharmacy tech at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.  She always had a big heart for animals and will be dearly missed by her family.    

She leaves behind her sister:  Tish (Christopher) Wilkins (Hertfordshire, England); two nieces:  Catie (Richard) Herring (Hertfordshire, England); Jade Murray (Oxford, England); nephew:  Duncan Wilkins (London, England); and her great-niece and great-nephew:  Phoebe and Ernie Herring (Hertfordshire, England).  Margaret is also survived by her beloved pets and the many friends she made over the years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her sister, Eileen Novielli and a half-brother.           

No visitation or services are planned.  Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.

Memorial donations in Margaret’s name may be directed to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, 1048 S. 325 W., Pierceton, Indiana  46562; or to Combined Community Services, 1195 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, Indiana  46582 and would be appreciated the family.
