Ruben Espinoza Obituary

Ruben Espinoza of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at his residence surrounded by his family at 2:46 p.m. on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the age 54.

He was born on October 15, 1966 in Columbia City, Indiana to Susana Beatrice (Reyna) Espinoza and Roberto Espinoza.

Ruben was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana where he was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Pierceton.  He was a very hard worker and spent many years working for Dalton Foundry in Warsaw, Indiana pouring iron and he worked on the deck.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Pierceton, and he loved camping at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park in Pierceton whenever he was able to.  He simply loved the outdoors.  Anyone that knew Ruben knew that he was a DIE-HARD HOOSIER FAN!  Ruben will always be remembered for the love he had for his family, especially the joy he received from spoiling his grandchildren.  His daughters could always rely on him whenever they needed help.  Ruben gave his gift of time and loved to help people in need, and he would always help family and his friends.  He will forever leave an empty space in the hearts of those that loved him, and he will be loved and missed by all.

He will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters:  Kayla (Jonah) Studebaker (Pierceton, Indiana); Heather (Jonathan) Orbeck (Hillsdale, Michigan); girlfriend:  Melissa Stidams (Pierceton, Indiana); five grandchildren:  Karmon, Khloe, Joel, Hayden, and Natalia; three brothers:  Felix, Mandy and Steven; sister:  Dolly; and his mother:  Susana Espinoza (Pierceton, Indiana).  He was preceded in death by his father, Roberto and his brother, Bosco.

Ruben’s life will be celebrated with a private graveside service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton, Indiana.  Arrangements were entrusted to at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.
